I'm back after 8 weeks away!  I've been on an entire content creation break.  No podcasts, no newsletter, less social media and a lot of time to rest, think, cry and reassess. The clarity that has come from resting is pretty astounding.  I break it all down in this week's episode.

Giving too much can be a bad thing.  Just like we can't be happy go lucky all the time, you can't just give away all your time.  I've fallen into a rut where I use generosity as a procrastination technique to avoid going all in on myself and my goals.  This week I'm sharing the one and only thing I am doing to break this habit.
