Ep 47: Scheduling rest is essential
This week I am focusing on how to rest. Getting rest is essential. We have to celebrate rest. Rest is just as important as working hard, if not more. Rest allows us to create great work without destroying ourselves in the process. I've had a lot of problems with getting rest in my past. I used to stay up and work late into the night so much that I was actually hurting my ability to do good work. How do you prioritize rest?
